The “Requester Type” field opens a drop-down menu with numerous choices. (Note: Selection of a “Requester Type” is required to submit a requester in eSmartlog).
The “Requester Type” selected will link to a related ‘Main Reason for Request when the request is entered and submitted. For instance, a “Requester Type” of “Attorney” will prompt the “Main Reason for Request” choices seen in the eSmartlog New Request page (see below):
